Bar One: The Search for the Next Poker Pro

Bar One is one of the newest locations of the Big Slick Poker Tour. Bar One joins existing locations in AB, BC and Ontario as part of the free poker phenomenon.
No limit Texas Hold'em is hugely popular in Canada and the Big Slick Poker Tour attracts players of all ages. Players at each location compete for points and bragging rights each week in the search for the next poker pro.

Big Slick Poker Tour is completely FREE to players... and has quickly established itself as one of the most successful amature poker tours in Canada. Aspiring pros to total beginners are invited to the weekly game to develop a better game, make friends and support local businesses. Players love the Big Slick Tour because without risking any cash they get the feel of a real live poker tournament.

The Tour date starts January 5th at Bar One Kelowna. Registration begins each night at 6:30 pm and the cards fly at 7:00 pm.

Live Tournament action is played in normal "freeze-out" style with play continuing until one player possesses all of the tournament chips. There is no charge to the players and no cash bets are permitted. Players are welcome to join the tour at any time.

THE TOP PLAYERS EACH SEASON PROGRESS TO AREA AND PROVINCIAL FINALS with opportunities to win great poker sonsorships and a chance to play with the pros. Past winners have played with pros like Brad Booth, Gavin Smith, and Matt Jarvis.

Food and Drink specials will be offered. Come down, Invite your friends, and have fun while you could be playing for your chance to make it to the Area and Provincial competition.
